is generally installed in a special part of the equipment. It can change the direction of pipelinetransportation, and can have a good shock absorption effect so as to protect the equipment.

Features
(1) The Pre-shaped Elbow Hose is different from ordinary discharge hoses. As its hose body is curved, its lining has to withstandexcessive wear during use, the CDSR Pre-shaped Elbow Hose is designed to ensure that its lining has sufficient wearresistance.

(2) It is suitable for conveying mixtures of water(or seawater), silt, mud, clay and silver sand, ranging in specific gravity from 1.0g/cm³ to 2.0 g/cm³, but not suitable for conveying large or hard particals such as medium and coarse sand, gravel, etc.
(3) It usually applies to small bore pipelines under low working pressure.

Where the seabed slopes significantly, Slope Adapted Hoses accommodate these contours without excessive stress. The majority of the surface pipeline often consists of Full Floating Hose sections, kept buoyant along their entire length. Approaching the discharge location, Discharge Hoses handle the final transport of the sediment-water mixture. Finally, Bow Blowing Hoses are specifically deployed for direct connection to barges or vessels, enabling precise sediment placement during discharge operations. The visualization clearly highlights how each hose type – from sinking intake to floating transport to specialized discharge – is optimally positioned to handle depth variations, seabed topography, buoyancy requirements, connection challenges, and the final placement of dredged material, ensuring efficient and effective sediment transfer throughout the system.
